Many Programs, One Mission
WinShape Camps was launched with overnight camps in Mt. Berry, Georgia. in 1985 Since then, we’ve added overnight programs in Young Harris, GA (for girls) and Cleveland, GA (for boys). These locations carry a lot of what you’d traditionally expect at an overnight camp, just taken to the next level.
In 2008, WinShape launch a traveling day camp program where Summer Staff are embedded in a team that travels to a new city every week. We’re now coast to coast bringing truckloads of fun all over the country.
All Out Fun, All In Faith
Camp isn’t just non-stop fun, but there’s meaning behind every moment. Each summer, we create an intentional theme to help campers understand more about God and His plan for their life. Every day we’re teaching campers a new Truth to memorize that will help shape their faith for years to come. It’s one scoop of fun, two scoops of friendship, all covered in faith.
Work Hard, Play Hard
Camp is camp, but it’s also a real job! All this fun doesn’t happen without a little sweat. Working at WinShape means early mornings, late nights, and some real challenges. Like at any job, you’ll have responsibilities, team dynamics to navigate, and performance reviews. All of those things give you a chance to practice your problem solving and resilience that will set you up for whatever career you’re pursuing. Oh yeah – and you’ll have more fun than you ever thought possible at a job.
