What is a Specialty Position?
Some of the roles at WinShape Camps are considered Specialty Positions. If you have experience in areas such music, production, photography, acting, consider applying for one of these roles! One of our core values at WinShape Camps is Excellence, and we want to ensure the applicants we are selecting to serve in these Specialty Positions are able to perform their role with excellence to make camp the best week ever. Because of this commitment to excellence, the application process is a bit more involved. Depending on the role, you may be asked to submit a video or portfolio showcasing your skill! Need an Internship?
WinShape Camps has several Summer Staff positions that can serve as internships for a variety of majors to complete a university degree. Our Leadership Staff are prepared to serve as supervisors for internships by completing paperwork, providing feedback, and following up with professors when necessary. The positions listed above are some that we offer that could serve as an internship this summer.
