The WinShape Camps Road Crew consists of two small teams of former Summer Staff who experience beyond summer like no other! On this journey, the Road Crew travels to locations all over the United States to recruit both campers and potential Summer Staff. In the fall, the Road Crew primarily visits college campuses and Universities to recruit Summer Staff, while the spring is filled with visits to Chick-fil-A's and school events for introducing families and campers to Camp. As a member of the Road Crew you'll be trained on hosting events, creating inviting experiences, and ultimately, get to meet and serve people all over the country.!
