In serving with WinShape Camps, Summer Staff are bound to return from the summer with mind-blowing stories and the best experiences. To provide an excellent camp experience, recruiting and hiring the best Summer Staff is fundamental for our ministry, and we believe that former Summer Staff are the best resources in doing so! As former staff, you know WinShape inside & out. You also know your school, which of your friends would be a great fit, and which college ministries might have great potential staff. As a Campus Rep, you'll help us find potential summer staff while enjoying exclusive WinShape Camps merch and more!
Campus Rep Updates
This year, we're making some changes to the campus rep program. We're shifting to a more personalized training approach, focusing on individualized training, in-depth discipleship, and one-on-one relationships with our full-time staff. As a result, there won't be a campus rep weekend. Recruiting college friends can be challenging, so we want to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your role. So, we will still provide comprehensive training to equip and excite you for this important (and fun) work!
