The Leadership Development Program is an opportunity available to all WinShape Camps Formers. After you have served at least one summer, you are eligible to apply for a position within the program. LDP Staff serve a year-long term: 9-months in the office and 3-months supporting camp during the summer.

Open Positions
Hands-On Experience
Get on-the-job workplace learning. While learning to manage everyday tasks, you will also get the opportunity to solve problems and execute projects that will have a direct impact this summer.
Build Community
Join a cohort of over 20 young professionals looking to explore their calling in Camp Ministry. Get plugged into your community through joining a church and jumping into volunteering opportunities. Develop and deepen friendships that will last a lifetime!
Personal Development
Participate in monthly Development Days which include instructor-led courses as well as conferences, workshops, team building experiences, guided discussions, and an off-site retreat. In addition, LDP staff have monthly touchpoints with their supervisors for coaching and create a personalized growth plan.
