WinShape Camps exists to create transformational experiences for campers and families, but we also know that transformational experiences occur for our Summer Staff as well! In serving with WinShape Camps, Summer Staff are bound to return from the summer with mind-blowing stories and the best experiences. Camp stories are worth hearing and worth sharing, so why not use it as a way to recruit potential Summer Staff?
To provide an excellent camp experience, recruiting and hiring the best Summer Staff is fundamental for our ministry, and we believe that former Summer Staff are the best resources in doing so! As former Summer Staff, you know WinShape. You also know your school. You know which of your friends would be a great fit and which college ministries might have great potential staff. In recruiting college students as a Campus Rep, Summer Staff have the opportunity to get paid for every recruitment goal they meet!

Campus Rep Weekend
Although exciting and maybe natural, we know that recruiting college friends can seem like a challenging thing to navigate. To ensure that Campus Reps feel confident, equipped, and excited for their role, we have created Campus Rep Weekend. At this event, Campus Reps will receive training content that will equip them for taking Camp to their college campus. Learn strategic ways to recruit, how to navigate being a Rep at private/public schools, and what goals Campus Reps can set with their team.
Campus Rep Incentives
WinShape Camps offers incentives throughout the Campus Rep season for those who recruit peers to join us in ministry. Not only can you have your friends join you at WinShape Camps, but if a Campus Rep recruits someone to start and finish an application, AND if that person shows up for their interview, then that is 1 person that you recruited.
