Interviewing with WinShape Camps
We are so glad you've decided to apply to work with WinShape Camps this summer!
Check out our helpful hints below to feel best prepared and equipped for your interview.
You've Got Questions. We've Got Answers!
What should I wear to my interview?
Nice comfortable outfit. Pants, Dress, Skirts are all allowed. Think Sunday church!
What time do I arrive/does the interview start?
You're welcome to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled interview. Know that your Interviewer will likely have an interview before your scheduled slot, so please wait outside the Interview room until your Interviewer comes to get you.
All Video Interviews are based off the Eastern Time Zone (EST), so if you're outside of Georgia, make sure you're synced up to the correct time for your interview.
Do I need to bring anything?
No need to bring a resume! We take pride in our thorough application, and your Interviewer will have access to your application answers during your interview.
Who is my Interviewer? What can I expect from them?
You'll find out your interviewer in the automated email that you will receive 10 days before your scheduled interview. Make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email Contacts List so that the Interview Details email doesn't go to your Spam folder.
Private interview with one Interviewer from our full-time camp team. The interview will be around 30 minutes. You can expect a fun, relaxed conversation.
How can I best prepare for the interview?
Our goal in the interview is to see if you’d be a fit for WinShape Camps and for you to see if WinShape Camps is a fit for you! To best prepare, think about why you might want to work at a summer camp, why would you want to work with kids, and how you would describe your own walk with the Lord.
When can I expect to hear back after the interview?
For Interviews that occur during the Fall, you can expect to hear back by December! You will receive a phone call or email with follow up information regarding your status with WinShape.
