We're glad you're here! We know there is a lot of information to process as you get ready for the summer. This is meant to be a resource for you get ready to create experiences that transform campers and families with the message of Jesus Christ. Staff Dev is here to help you every step of the way! Beyond Summer

Campus Rep

Join our team of campus reps at colleges all over the country sharing their WinShape Camps story! Campus reps receive incentives for students they get to apply for camp!

Road Crew

Travel the country alongside a small team of former Summer Staffers for several weeks telling the WinShape Camps story. You'll strive to recruit Summer Staff or spike the interest of campers. We hire separate spring and fall teams you can apply for.

Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program began in 2010 as a way to get our Summer Staff involved with the year-round preparation of camp. Serve alongside Camps as an apprentice or intern at one of our two office locations.

The Formers

The Formers exists to engage all current and former Summer Staff beyond the summer! Stay in the loop on things like Reunion, International Project, job opportunities, and more! Keep up with all that is going on in the WinShape world by joining the Formers!
